"Easy install even for a DIY guy like me"
I ordered a part from AmericanMuscle.com, the install directions were way easier to follow than I expected. As someone who likes doing my own work but definitely doesn’t want to sit there guessing for an hour, I really appreciated that the pictures actually matched what I was seeing on the car. It made the whole job feel a lot less frustrating and way more doable

"The how-to videos really took the pressure off"
I ordered a few parts from americanmuscle.com, i felt kind of pressured to get everything right since I’m not really a car guy. The how-to videos ended up being the most helpful part of the whole process.
Watching the install before I started made me feel a lot less stressed. They didn’t just skip to the easy stuff either, which I appreciated, because it’s usually the small steps that make me second-guess myself.
I got everything installed on my Mustang without messing anything up, so I’m happy with how it turned out. I’d definitely watch their videos again before buying or installing anything else.

Checkout was really simple, and the financing option made a big difference for me. I liked being able to split the cost instead of paying everything upfront. Approval was quick, and all the details were clear before I placed the order. I just trusted my gut, and it ended up being a smooth experience.

"Order was mostly right!!!"
My order showed up on time, and almost everything was right!!! The only issue was that one small bag of hardware was missing, which was frustrating since I was trying to finish the install!!! Customer service did help me out, so that was good, but it was still kind of annoying to deal with!!!

"Pretty easy ordering parts for my Mustang"
I think I placed my order sometime last week, or maybe the week before, but either way the site was really easy to use. I found the parts I needed for my Mustang without having to dig around too much, and checkout was straightforward with no weird problems. Had everything done in just a few minutes. Smooth overall.

"I don’t really buy into all the slick…"
I don’t really buy into all the slick marketing stuff companies put on their sites, so I mostly just compare prices and see what the total comes out to. American Muscle was fair compared to the other places I checked. Shipping wasn’t the cheapest, but even with that added in, the overall price was still decent. I’d probably order from them again if the part I need is on sale.

"Decent discounts, but a little confusing sometimes"
I’ve ordered from AmericanMuscle a few times now, and the parts have been fine, no real complaints there. The promo codes though are kind of hit or miss. Sometimes the discount pops up right away and you’re like, okay cool, but then other times it says the code isn’t valid even when it seems like it should work, anyway, I still ended up saving some money. I just wish the deals were explained a little more clearly before checkout.

"Stock info was actually accurate"
I was kind of relieved that AmericanMuscle actually showed what was in stock and what wasn’t before I placed my order. Like, no guessing, no waiting a day and then getting some random backorder email, which has definitely happened to me elsewhere. The part shipped when it said it would too. Not a huge dramatic thing, I guess, but when you’re trying to get stuff done, that kind of simple accuracy matters a lot.

I’ve ordered from AmericanMuscle.com a few times now, and so far everything has shown up without any damage. One of the boxes looked a little rough when it arrived, but the parts inside were totally fine. Overall, I’ve been happy with my orders and would probably order from them again...

"Helpful Fitment Advice Before Ordering"
I had a question about wheel fitment for my Mustang and really didn’t want to end up ordering the wrong size or dealing with some return mess. The guy I chatted with actually seemed to know his stuff, and he caught this spacer issue that I hadn’t even thought about.
The order went through fine after that, and everything fit just like he said it would. It was nice getting real advice instead of that usual “yeah, it should work” kind of answer. I’d use AmericanMuscle again for stuff like this.

"Warranty process was surprisingly smooth"
A few months after I bought the part, it ended up failing, and I expected the warranty claim to be a hassle. To my surprise, AmericanMuscle made it straightforward. I sent over a couple of pictures, they reviewed everything, and they got a replacement started without making it difficult. It still wasn’t fun dealing with a bad part, but the way they handled it definitely made the situation a lot easier.

"Solid Mustang selection, but a little uneven"
americanmuscle has a solid selection for Mustangs. I was able to find maybe 8 or 10 parts I hadn’t seen on a couple other sites, so that was a nice surprise.
The only thing is the selection feels kind of hit or miss depending on what year and model you have. Some categories have tons of options, while others only have a handful. Overall it’s good, I just wish the variety was a little more balanced.

"The part ended up being on backorder..."
The part ended up being on backorder, which confused me at first because I wasn’t totally sure what the delay meant. But they kept me updated the whole time, and somehow it shipped sooner than I thought it would. No real hassle in the end, so I’m happy with how it went.

I ordered a few parts from americanmuscle.com, the packaging was better than I expected. The box itself looked like it had been through the usual shipping adventure, a couple dents and scuffs, nothing crazy, but it always makes you pause for a second when you see that on the doorstep.
Once I opened it, everything inside was totally fine. They used plenty of padding, nothing was rattling around, and there weren’t any scratches or busted corners, which was really all I was hoping for. It’s funny how good packaging can make the whole order feel less stressful, but yeah, I’d definitely order from them again...

I had a question about my order because I wasn’t totally sure it went through correctly. I sent them a message and they got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated. The first reply felt a little short, but I think it was just bad timing and they were probably busy. After that, they were helpful and got everything sorted out. Overall, good customer service.

"Good splitter for the price"
Got a front splitter for my Mustang. Came in good shape. No damage. Quality feels solid for what it cost. Fitment was close. Had to tweak one hole a little to get it lined up. Not a big deal. Looks good on the car. Happy with it overall. Would buy again.
